1948 - Founded as Sayre Fire Department Ambulance Corps
The mission of the Greater Valley Emergency Medical Services, Inc. is to provide:
• Ambulance, invalid coach, and emergency medical services to ill, injured or convalescent individuals,
• Rescue, SCUBA search and recovery, and air system services in support of the preservation of life and property, and
• Community and educational services to the residents, schools, and businesses by supplying trained personnel, equipment, facilities and administrative services related thereto to persons within our service area and other areas pursuant to agreements therein.
